Auto Plug is an independent dealership in Charlotte, North Carolina — but calling it just a lot undersells it. The body shop and the mechanic shop are on the same property, run by the same people, working on the same cars.
That matters more than it sounds. Most independent lots send their cars out for inspection and reconditioning, then wait days for a bay to open up at somebody else's shop. Here a vehicle can land, go through inspection, get whatever it needs and be on the line the same day.
It also means the work does not stop when you drive off. The shop that prepped your car is the shop that services it.
